ACE-Rotary ADSG (Alzheimer’s Disease Support Group) Melaka
Meeting Date: Every last Saturday of the month
Meeting Time: 2.30pm to 5.30pm
Venue: ACE Daycare Centre, 115-1 Lorong Mayang 3, Taman Peringgit Jaya, 75400 Melaka
Objective: To give support to the elderly with Alzheimer's disease through the strength of a support group
Activities of the support group:
1. Discussing on issues relating to the disease
2. Giving testimonies to encourage one another
3. Sharing of experiences and life issues
4. Inviting speakers to speak.
Speakers are invited to address and educate on issues related to this disease. They comprised mainly Medical teams, Psychiatrists, Professional counsellors and Physiotherapists from NASAM (National Stroke Association).
